I'm a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with nearly a decade of clinical experience dedicated to delivering compassionate, evidence-based mental health care that meets people with dignity, respect, and practical support.

My healthcare journey began with a foundation in microbiology at UMass Amherst and grew through years of bedside nursing, including caring for veterans across the VA Healthcare System. Those experiences deepened my commitment to whole-person care and led me to earn my Master of Science in Nursing as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from Regis College.

Today, I provide individualized psychiatric care through Ground & Growth PLLC, a private practice rooted in trust, cultural awareness, and patient-centered treatment. My clinical approach includes psychiatric evaluations, medication management, CBT-informed care, Motivational Interviewing, and holistic support for patients navigating mental health needs.

I founded Ground & Growth PLLC to create the kind of care experience I believe every patient deserves: thoughtful, collaborative, and grounded in the realities of each person's life. My goal is to help patients feel heard, supported, and empowered as they work toward growth and healing.

I also serve as a Consultant for Clinical & Behavioral Health Strategy at ChartWell AI, where I help ensure AI-driven healthcare tools remain clinically credible, emotionally supportive, and grounded in real-world practice. In this role, I collaborate with product, engineering, and clinical teams to bring frontline behavioral health insight into healthcare innovation.
