A 25 Minutes Follow-Up with me is a focused, efficient visit centered on your medication and how you are feeling day to day. It is a good fit if your schedule is tight, or if things are mostly steady and you simply need thoughtful monitoring and small adjustments.
During this appointment, I check in on your core symptoms - mood, anxiety, attention, sleep, and physical changes - since the last visit. I ask specific questions about how the medication feels in your body and in your life: Are you more present, more stable, more productive, or just more numb and tired? Your answers guide every decision.
If something is not working, I explain why it might be happening and discuss clear options, such as dose changes, timing adjustments, or a careful switch to another medication. I keep polypharmacy to a minimum and aim for the lowest effective dose so you can feel more alive and engaged, not dulled.
Even in a shorter visit, I always leave time for brief counseling. That might look like troubleshooting a morning routine, choosing one or two grounding techniques for panic, or finding a realistic strategy to manage procrastination or sleep struggles. I keep the steps small and concrete so they are actually doable between appointments.
This kind of follow-up is especially helpful once you have already done the deeper work of an initial evaluation or a longer session and now need steady, reliable support to keep you on track. You leave with clarity on your medication plan, practical next steps, and a sense that someone is paying close attention to both your symptoms and your quality of life.
